Uncomparable!!!! Dec 30, 2006What can I say about this Bible that hasn't already been said?? I don't know the technical jargon that others have used in describing this Bible, but I do have an opinion. I also have many Bibles by various publishers & there is not a one that even comes close to the quality of this Cambridge Goatskin Bible! I've only had it for about 9 mos., but I believe that it will last more than a lifetime with reasonable care. As everybody else has said, the goatskin cover is beautiful & durable, (I do know alittle about leather as far as gloves go, & there is know comparison in wear between goatskin & other leathers. The goatskin out wears everything I've ever tried, elk, pigskin, cowhide, etc.) The sewing is great. I love the heavy paper. There is ample room for notes around the text & in the extra pages in the back. I like the traditional King James intro. The Bible is alittle pricey, but if you want the best & want it to last a lifetime & beyond, this is your Bible!
